1. What did you think of Bella’s offer to stay human longer if Edward would only make love to her? Did you think that he would give in? She's stupid.. But again that's a good offer ;)
I knew Edward would give in cuz he always does anything that makes Bella happy..

2. Did you assume, like Bella, that he odd eating and sleeping habits were due to the amount of activity she and Edward was participating in, or did you have other suspicions?
i already knew she was gonna havre a babe.. because at the beginning of the book it talks about how she dreams about this child and in the other three books omose everything she dreams becomes real..

3. What did you think about Kaure’s fear for Bella’s safety and the argument she had with Edward? If you had been in Kaure’s position, would you have tried harder or been too afraid to confront Edward?
I think she was very Brave...

4. Did it surprise you that Edward could eventually make love to Bella without hurting her, or was that something that you assumed he would eventually be able to do with enough control and resistance?
I knew he was gonna be able to do it cuz i mean after all he's Edward right?!

1. What did you think of Bella’s offer to stay human longer if Edward would only make love to her? Did you think that he would give in? I thought that was a bit strange, and I didn't think he would give in.

2. Did you assume, like Bella, that he odd eating and sleeping habits were due to the amount of activity she and Edward was participating in, or did you have other suspicions? I was going along with Bella.

3. What did you think about Kaure’s fear for Bella’s safety and the argument she had with Edward? If you had been in Kaure’s position, would you have tried harder or been too afraid to confront Edward? I thought that she was just worried that Edward would drink Bella's blood. And if I were Kaure I probably would've been too afraid.

4. Did it surprise you that Edward could eventually make love to Bella without hurting her, or was that something that you assumed he would eventually be able to do with enough control and resistance? I knew he could do it!

1. What did you think of Bella’s offer to stay human longer if Edward would only make love to her? Did you think that he would give in? I thought Bella was very clever to try that route. At first I wasn't so sure he would give in because of how angry he was the morning after the first time.

2. Did you assume, like Bella, that the odd eating and sleeping habits were due to the amount of activity she and Edward was participating in, or did you have other suspicions? I just assumed like Bella. I never imagined it would be because she was with child.

3. What did you think about Kaure’s fear for Bella’s safety and the argument she had with Edward? If you had been in Kaure’s position, would you have tried harder or been too afraid to confront Edward? I thought it was kind of sweet she was worried about Bella. But I wouldn't have been brave enough to confront him if Iwas in her position.

4. Did it surprise you that Edward could eventually make love to Bella without hurting her, or was that something that you assumed he would eventually be able to do with enough control and resistance? I knew hew would eventually be able to do it if they ever tried again. He loves Bella SOOOOOOOOOO much he would be able to control himself.

1. What did you think of Bella’s offer to stay human longer if Edward would only make love to her? Did you think that he would give in?

I did not think that he would give in, it was a desperate act on Bella's part and I felt it was a bit childish of her to try to manipulate him in that way.

2. Did you assume, like Bella, that he odd eating and sleeping habits were due to the amount of activity she and Edward was participating in, or did you have other suspicions?

I got my suspicions that she was pregnant when she made the fried chicken and she threw up, also when she started eating so much eggs.

3. What did you think about Kaure’s fear for Bella’s safety and the argument she had with Edward? If you had been in Kaure’s position, would you have tried harder or been too afraid to confront Edward?

If I was her, I probably would have been to afraid to confront Edward.

4. Did it surprise you that Edward could eventually make love to Bella without hurting her, or was that something that you assumed he would eventually be able to do with enough control and resistance?

I was gladly surprised when he gave in when he saw Bella crying in the middle of the night in her skimpy black teddy =) I was happy when he finally decided that resistance is futile and that he could redirect his emotions to other outlets like biting the pillow and wrecking the bedframe =)

1. What did you think of Bella’s offer to stay human longer if Edward would only make love to her? Did you think that he would give in?

Well, I'm guessing that Edward must be a tiger (hehe get it? tiger...lion?) in bed, so Bella LOVES to make love with him, so she wasn't willing to give up that amazing experience. I actually wondered why that wouldn't make her want to become a vampire even sooner, considering that Edward wouldn't have to worry about hurting her, and she would never get tired. Then I remembered that she knew she wouldn't be able to do that for a couple of years after the transformation.
I didn't think that he would give in so easily, because he was so disgusted with himself for hurting Bella. I did see it coming shortly before it happened, however... I saw it coming when Bella woke up crying, and then started to 'show' Edward her good dream. Lol.

2. Did you assume, like Bella, that the odd eating and sleeping habits were due to the amount of activity she and Edward were participating in, or did you have other suspicions?

I knew what was coming, only because one of my friends spoiled it for me. >_> so yeah, through that whole 'eating, sleeping, morning sickness' schpiel, I was like "ooh here it comes!"

3. What did you think about Kaure’s fear for Bella’s safety and the argument she had with Edward? If you had been in Kaure’s position, would you have tried harder or been too afraid to confront Edward?

Umm... I probably would have been afraid to confront Edward, but then again, you never know what you have/don't have the courage to do until you are put in that situation. However, maybe I might have tried get Bella away from Edward and warn her. Maybe I would get my hands on a Portuguese-English dictionary and translate what I want to say, and then warn her. Do you guys think Kaure knew those same legends that Bella knew? If she did, then if I were her, I would at least try and repeat the word "Incubus" to Bella.

4. Did it surprise you that Edward could eventually make love to Bella without hurting her, or was that something that you assumed he would eventually be able to do with enough control and resistance?

Yes, I was actually surprised that Bella was fine the next morning. I laughed at the headboard thing, though. I figured he would eventually be able to leave her unharmed with practice, but I didn't think he would be able to do it that quickly. Then again, I should have remembered in Eclipse when Edward said that he can control himself fully (regarding the appeal of her blood) now that he almost lost her twice, and realized that it should be easier for him now to control himself in any situation where he would otherwise hurt Bella.

1. What did you think of Bella’s offer to stay human longer if Edward would only make love to her? Did you think that he would give in?
-I thought it was such a good idea! Although I wanted the offer to be that Bella and Edward make love, but Bella is still turned into a vampire as quickly as possible haha. Still a wicked good idea though!

2. Did you assume, like Bella, that he odd eating and sleeping habits were due to the amount of activity she and Edward was participating in, or did you have other suspicions?
-No I was so shocked ! I thought that the eating and sleeping patterns were different because they were in a different part of the world and the different activities they were doing.

3. What did you think about Kaure’s fear for Bella’s safety and the argument she had with Edward? If you had been in Kaure’s position, would you have tried harder or been too afraid to confront Edward?
-Awh, I thought it was so sweet of her to try and protect Bella like that ! The argument with Edward was probably wicked hard for her because she sort of knew what he was. If I was in her position, I'm not sure I would've been able to stand up to him.

4. Did it surprise you that Edward could eventually make love to Bella without hurting her, or was that something that you assumed he would eventually be able to do with enough control and resistance?
-Nope it didn't suprise me at all. I knew that it would all work out evenutally;everything with Bella and Edward always does (:

We all know Bella's very inventive when she wants something, so this didn't surprise me in the least. I was thinking that Edward would attempt to stick to his guns, but that he would eventually give in.
Alphie wrote:2. Did you assume, like Bella, that he odd eating and sleeping habits were due to the amount of activity she and Edward was participating in, or did you have other suspicions?
Nope- even all that activity wouldn't have explained what was going on with her. I had a sneaking suspicion that she was indeed going to be pregnant.
Alphie wrote:3. What did you think about Kaure’s fear for Bella’s safety and the argument she had with Edward? If you had been in Kaure’s position, would you have tried harder or been too afraid to confront Edward?
Argument? What argument? Kaure was before Bella in this chapter twice- upon first arriving (where she looks at Bella with fearful eyes) and once more while cleaning (where she sees Edward holding Bella close before muttering an apology and moving on). If there was an argument, Bella didn't see or notice it.

Now if I had been Kaure, I probably would've been too scared to even talk to Bella. I mean, if I think the husband is some demon, why he could certainly kill me! :)
Alphie wrote:4. Did it surprise you that Edward could eventually make love to Bella without hurting her, or was that something that you assumed he would eventually be able to do with enough control and resistance?
I think that I knew he would be able to do it, but I thought it would take him more time to... learn how.

1. What did you think of Bella’s offer to stay human longer if Edward would only make love to her? Did you think that he would give in?
I was actually kind of happy and I thought we would get to see part of the rest of her life so I was kind of excited to see where it would lead the story since she sounded serious about it. I didn't think that he would give in quite that soon though and would ask her to wait until she was completely healed from the first time.

2. Did you assume, like Bella, that he odd eating and sleeping habits were due to the amount of activity she and Edward was participating in, or did you have other suspicions?
At first I just thought it was because he was keeping her extremely busy and everything but then once it came to a certain chapter I had my suspicions and I turned out right. Of course I really pay atention to that kind of stuff.

3. What did you think about Kaure’s fear for Bella’s safety and the argument she had with Edward? If you had been in Kaure’s position, would you have tried harder or been too afraid to confront Edward?
Honestly, I thought it was kind of annoying because I thought that it was obvious that she wasn't being held there against her will or anything. If the situation would have been different I would have been concerned and made a better effort to confront the issue, but in their case I didn't see one, personally.

4. Did it surprise you that Edward could eventually make love to Bella without hurting her, or was that something that you assumed he would eventually be able to do with enough control and resistance?
I guess it didn't really surprise me because I believed with time he would be able to control himself better. I agreed with Bella when she said "practice makes perfect."

answers:

1)Honestly, i thought it was really stupid...It was a stupid reason to stay human because it could only be better after she is not so fragill.

2) I did have my suspicions but that was more because Bella was having so many dreams about babies and this wouldn't be the first time that Bella's dreams took on a little piece of reality.

3) I thought she was so brave to be able to do that and even though she was half wrong, it took serious guts to stand up against a vampire for some girl you don't even know.

4) no, no surprise there for me. Because i mean it's Edward...... I don't think he would ever really hurt Bella. Evan in the begining ( and i mean Twilight) i didn't think it was possible for Edward to hurt her.

1. What did you think of Bella’s offer to stay human longer if Edward would only make love to her? Did you think that he would give in?

I think it's normal, since they were newly weds and it's a fase they should be exploring and not worrying about tranformation and thirst. It was, actually, a fine offer. ;) I think Edward would have gave in for two reasons. One, to please her. And two, because he loved the human Bella, so if Bella decided that she wanted to be human longer, he'd have agreed.

2. Did you assume, like Bella, that he odd eating and sleeping habits were due to the amount of activity she and Edward was participating in, or did you have other suspicions?

Well, Bella never seemed to be an "egg person". I didn't associate immediately with pregnancy untill she started feeling sick.

3. What did you think about Kaure’s fear for Bella’s safety and the argument she had with Edward? If you had been in Kaure’s position, would you have tried harder or been too afraid to confront Edward?

Kaure is a Native Brazilian Indian, so, yes, she was raised to fear vampires and with a good reason. Her ancients were probably, victims of vampires like Zafrina's coven for centuries. So, they know and fear the supernatural. It's a way to protect their people. And she was terrified for Bella. It took a lot of guts from her to face Edward like that. She tried being reasonable with him. She tried to do the right thing. I guess I would have tried too, but I'd be very scared.

4. Did it surprise you that Edward could eventually make love to Bella without hurting her, or was that something that you assumed he would eventually be able to do with enough control and resistance?

I thought he'd be able to control his strenght with her. He's always so careful. What happened at the first night it was because they got carried away and things got a bit out of hand. It's natural, even with human couples. ;) And Edward is good at everything, so he'd find a way to be with her this way too.
