I think Taylor will do fine. I hate when they change the actors during a sequel. That's just too obvious.

Oh and I thought all the actors signed a 3 movie contract.

Jacob obviously has to undergo a change, and evolving into a different actor can make it just as believable if done correctly. Taylor isn't going to grow enough in that time. He may be great for the first bits of the movie, but not later. Finding an actor with the right looks and height wouldn't be that hard if they really tried, and hot-ness is in the eye of the beholder and not the all encompassing factor ^_~

remember though that kristen is shorter then taylor and for the most part that's who he'll be standing next too so it should be easy for them to make him taller.

I just cant wait for that hair cut.
