Like multiple other people have said, I think Near To You by A Fine Frenzy would be GREAT! Same with Almost Lover, also by a Fine Frenzy.

Also some of the songs for New Moon on SM website. I like The Scientist-Coldplay especially for some reason(not sure why since I don't really listen to Coldplay lol). And quite a few other songs on there are good also.

Linkin Park should FOR SURE be on there since Stephanie seems to be such a big fan and they are pretty much an amazing band. Also Three Days Grace is good too.

It's actually kinda hard to pick out the perfect songs for this movie because in a movie the whole song isn't played, usually just bits and pieces or the music part(minus the lyrics).

I'm sure theres other great songs out there but this is all I can think of at the moment.

I'm so crossing my fingers that My Chemical Romance will be on the soundtrack.
I think a good song of them for New Moon would be " The Ghost of You "
Maybe Tokio Hotel. " Don't jump " seems somewhat appropiate for when Bella jumps off the cliff.
Then of course " My Immortal " must be on the soundtrack because its like it was written for Bella and Edward.

I was just listening to Billy Corgan's solo album, and he did a good remake of "To Love Somebody," which has good lyrics for this movie when it's not drowned by the sound of cheesy 80's background music.

So I just listened to "I Will Follow You into the Dark" by Death Cab for Cutie...wow, it's just too perfect for Edward in general, and would be great if they some how incorporated a scene of Edward finding out that Bella is "dead". All they would have to do is play the opening music and first few lines.

okay.
i'm going to say this once and only once.
if they do put 'don't cry' on the soundtrack.
i do NOT want in anyway for them to show a concert showing of the song.
the way they look when they perform the song, especially axl, KILLS me.
i watched the use your illusion I dvd i have and went to 'don't cry' and almost instantly burst into tears.
hopefully i'm not the only one who does this.
