Hello, I have been cruising the online twilight verse since January, when I first read the books. I'm a huge fan of vampire stories, so my grandma bought the books for me for Christmas. I was going through True Blood withdrawals, and had already seen the first movie, so I happily spent the next week barely sleeping to get through the series. I was hooked. I've been reading them - not as hastily as the first time - over and over since I got them.
I was immediately thrown into this amazing fandom. At first, I was reluctant to be anything more than a silent observer as I am was a little embarrassed to be so enthralled by a book geared towards teens while I myself am almost 25. But I quickly realized that... well let's just say I know I'm not alone.
This site can only be described as amazing. It offered me practically everything I was looking for - official - news and information. The correspondences with Meyer... were perfect. And they are what lead me to join in on the forum discussions. Once again, I found I was not alone in my dissection of the world of twilight.
So, hello and nice to meet you. As my username implies, I will likely be spending most of my time down in the philosophy threads.
