When I saw the Eclipse movie, I wore a shirt that says “Be careful what you say, it’ll probably remind me of Twilight.” Everyone I know said that was perfect for me…since I am constantly making Twilight references. I had to cut it a few letters short when I registered though, so it's "EverythingRemindsMeOfTwili" instead of the makes a little more sense, "EverythingRemindsMeOfTwilight".
How did you come to read Twilight and which book is your favorite?
I was a stay-at-home Mom with 2 young kids and I hadn’t read a book in years. I was desperate to read something that I’d never read before and everyone kept talking about this Twilight book, so I bought the first to give it a try and couldn’t put it down. My kids were sick, so I sent my husband out for the next 3 and finished them all in 5 days (which considering the cooties and chaos was rather remarkable…totally could have had them done sooner otherwise). My favorite book is Eclipse.
Who do you like best: Edward, Bella, or Jacob?
Ummm….is this a loaded question? I really don’t know that I could pick just one that I could say I like the “best” because they’re all such different people. It would feel like someone asking me which of my daughters I liked best. They’re such highly individualized entities and there’s something awesome and loveable about all of them. I, personally, relate so much to Edward’s freaking out and overprotective-ness, and “old-fashioned” ways and his frustration trying to read Bella’s mind; and I also relate to Bella’s not fitting in anywhere that’s “normal” and being self-conscious and never wearing makeup (I know that may seem silly but growing up in L.A., it’s a big deal) and her bravery and self-sacrifice and trying to take care of everyone else first; but again I also relate to Jake—he’s honest, he’s funny, he’s sarcastic, he’s protective of the people he loves and he stumbles trying to do things well. Do I have to pick just one? …..if I ABSOLUTELY had to, then maybe it might be Bella---because let’s face it, I’m a woman and her point of view, I REALLY understand.
Who is your favorite minor character?
Let’s see…Carlisle, Alice, Jasper, Emmett, Esme, Rosalie, Charlie, Seth, Renesmee….how do I pick just one?
What are your hobbies?
Mostly talking to my mom and sisters—a LOT! Little kids don’t leave time for a lot of hobbies but I do like to read (obviously), crotchet and cross stitch some, I’d play World of Warcraft if I had more time...
