I can't post to ask

I can't seem to post in any of the forums. I was trying to post in FAQ to ask someone how to delete my account.

That's weird. You seem to have been able to post here! What exactly happens when you try to post? Have you tried any other forums besides this one and the FAQ?

(BTW, I'm happy to delete your account -- is there a particular reason you want to get rid of it?)

Oh and I meant to add...is it only a problem with starting new topics, or can't you post on existing threads either?

My name is Openhome, and I'm a mod here. Did anyone help you with your question yet? If not, just let me know and I will try to help you.

As a member, you can only create a new thread in a few forums: Communing with the Pack, For the Accident Prone, and New Kid in Town. Otherwise, you come here and ask us to help, just as you did.

If you will tell us what thread you want to see started, we can help you. Unlike most sites, we do not allow members to make their own threads without coming to us. We have had to do this for two reasons. First, we would have a TON of similar or duplicated threads, and second, it would cause the boards to explode and be unmanageable.

So, do you want your account deleted? We can do that.
Do you want to start a new thread about a topic? We can do that, too. Just let us know.
