I agree this would be a stand alone book. I think SM said something about this short story having 200 pages when she's typing it. But I doesn't mean that you can't add it to you Twilight Saga book collection. The front cover is way too cool...

true true, stephenie did say how many pages it is in the official press release but i cant remember exactly how many she said, i do know that it was meant for the Twilight guide but it ended up being too long. im wondering how the story will slot into Eclipse, if it does at all, gah can't wait to read it

Hi Vicky the total pages for Bree's book is 192. I can't wait for the Twilight guide either. I want them both!

Well 192 pages is not quite long but SM did say it's just a short story so what can we expect. Still can't wait to read it...

Its quite short, but then again it doesnt really need to be too long, It'll be nice to add to the collection!

Almost two years ago... The last new I have about it, it was push until June. My bookseller don't trust anymore this publishing house, it seems normal for them to postpone the comming out of books.

When I went ask to my bookseller to reserve (is the good English word?) a copy of The official guide of Twilight last March, he told me that I was probalby the 200th on the list and he didin't agree to let me paid the book because it's postpone since so long ago that he have lost hope to see it in store.
So I paid it anyway and tell him that I have faith in Stephenie. Now, my bookseller think him crazy...
But in fact, that book was plan for 2009. I said two years, I'm sorry, I made an error.

The guide was supposed to come out January of 2009, at least that's what was mentioned in the last page of my Breaking Dawn copy. We're already halfway through 2010, I hope SM doesn't make so wait too long for the guide like what JK Rowling was doing with her HP encyclopedia...
