Randomness round 4

This is a completely random thread. Anything goes. That being said it, will be completely deleted and restarted every 100 pages. So if you have something to say that you want to save, you'd better put it in a PM, and not here.

This thread can be anything: tell us a funny thing that happened to you, a grumpy thing that happened to you, just talk about your day, what's on your mind, what you saw on TV...whatever. This is for things you want to say, but don't necessarily need a whole topic for.

Just remember that at the end of 100 pages it will be deleted and the thread will start anew.

Wooo! New thread, I am considering watching ABC Family for hours to try and catch the Twilight spot, and I have already informed the husband that tomorrow we have to watch this show on ABC Family because there is going to be a Twilight sneak peek on there!!

My mom is awesome. I don't know if anyone knows/remembers but I am from Washington, I grew up several miles north of Seattle, my parents still live there. Anyways today in the maill, totally randomly and unexpected I get a note from her, I open it and immediately see its a newspaper article. She has sent me articles before, usually on "mom" things like some vitamin supplement I should be taking or how to manage my money. THIS ONE WAS TWILIGHT! It was an article from her local paper about how Forks has seen a 42% increase in lodging tax revenue or something like that, the largest for the Olympic Peninsula obviously! It was so cute, the chamber of commerce lady said Twilight fans are coming, not just in the summer, but in their long cold season. She says people come to Forks and they are happy if its raining!! I love my mom, I honestly teared up a little because she thought of me and my fandom. Alright, don't judge.

The panty thing in the new spot made me think of something I saw that Rob had said in a radio interview (I think?) while he was in Mexico. They were asking him if he could change one thing in Twilight what would it be and he said he likes to just understand the full history of things and how they happen instead of trying to change them, then he said "But in the film I wanted Edward and Bella to have sex, but they wouldn't let me! *laughs*"
ROFL! I know he's joking of course, but that's funny. I wish I had the link, I'll let you know if I find it again!

ETA: I forgot to tell you what I was doing for the premier! Since there is no one I know here that likes Twilight, even though hubby said he would see it with me, and I wasn't sure if they were even going to go to midnight showing, I am going to drive 260 miles to Houston and meet up with some other Twilighters from the internet and go to a midnight showing there! I bought my ticket!! Squeeee!!

My husband was like "I bet they are just trying to lure you up there to take advantage of you." I said "How do you know I'm not going up there to take advantage of them??" Its going to be so fun. Now to decide WHICH Twilight shirt to wear....
