I'm re-reading BD now and it's really struck me how much Carlisle seeps in knowledge and is really almost anxious for it. He's always learning and growing. It's so cool that he uses his mind even as a vampire. He's amazing.

Carlisle is just so....there's something about him that I can't put my finger on. My mom LOVES Peter Facinelli. When we saw Twilight she thought he was the hottest. I'm like "Mom! You have a crush on Carlisle?'
