What do you admire most about Carlisle?

I definitely admire his compassion. He has compassion for every living thing it seems, and it comes across so sincerely. And I think the fact that he is so humble about all his amazing accomplishments. He is just so genuine!
Wow.. that turned into like 4 traits, haha. I just think Carlisle is all around a fantastic character and it amazes me that SM was able to create a character which such qualities and still have him be believable and, well, not annoying

about how he hates all violence and doesnt want to hurt anybody and maybe also how compassionete he is and loveng even when he was a newborn he resisted till it hurt him and he almost went crazy

Hello everyone. This is my first time to the Carlisle thread and I gotta say I'm kind of disappointed it's so small. Who could not love our favorite Doctor. He is so awesome! To bad more parents weren't like him I think this world would be a better place. He is just the coolest guy. And I think Peter did an awesome job in the movie.
