Ok everyone! Here we go. This is my complete report on what went down while I was in Washington.
*takes deep breath*
I have told you guys about the horrible snow in Salt Lake. Well, I made a mistake and told you we got in the air at 5:20. It was actually 6:20! Our plane was supposed to leave at 3, so it was very dissapointing.
Lets see...skipping over all the parts that I already told you, I'm going to add some detail about our little rental car. That Nissan Altima...the reason I hate little cars. First off, we got the parking lot where it was, and found that the car was COVERED in ice. Like, not snow, but hard ice. We had to scrape some off just to open the trunk. Speaking of which, this car has the smallest trunk ever. I have no idea how we got 4 suitcases to fit. However, we did, and proceeded to climb into the car. My dad spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to move the seat back, and when he did, he couldn't find out how to start the car.
It was annoying and hilarious at the same time. While we were driving around, he actually opened the hood accidentally.
So weird. Never getting that car. Ever.
The next day (after our glorious trip at trying to find a hotel), we headed to Forks. While doing this, we passed some cities with the weirdest names, including Kitsap, Chimicum Quilcene, and my family's new favorite word-Olalla. It was so funny trying to pronounce all the city names correctly.
While we were driving, my dad spotted this little restaurant called Fat Smitty's. He insisted that we pull over and look at it, so we did, and my dad and brother went in to take a look at the burger place. My came back out to the car, and all but dragged me in the doors to take a picture. Dude, that place is scary. There is not one bare space on the walls or ceiling. It is covered with random things, such as dolls, Christmas decorations, oh, and dollar bills. Ya, people just write their name on a dollar, and tape it up there. Its just weird! There must have been over 1000 dollars just hanging there.
Oh, and the smell, well, I gained ten pounds just by sniffing the air. *gag* But hey, it was a good experience, and my dad loved it.
Haha. I don't know if I told you guys this, but while we were looking for a hotel, we got stuck. It had snowed so much, that when we were in the parking lot of the Olympic Suites Inn, we couldn't get back up the hill. We tried to get up that dang thing FOREVER!! We eventually got out, but it was cold, stressful, and amazingly funny.
Also while we were looking for a hotel, we stopped by this place about 5 minutes on the way to La Push(if that makes sense) and met a really nice dog. My mom and dad went in to talk to someone at the 3 Rivers diner there, and my brother and I got out and played with this dog that looked just like a polar bear! He was so much fun. We were slipping and slidding all over the place, and it was cold, but that dog was so worth it. I wanted to bring him home with us.
So yes, we eventually just went to the Forks Motel and stayed there. The rest of that report is in my post that I made a while ago.
The next day, we went shopping, and met so many nice people. I swear, there is not one mean person there. They are all so welcoming and happy.
At Forks outfitters, this lady gave us as many free posters as we wanted, as well as free bracelets that say "twilight" and "11-21-08" on them.
This is random, but when we were driving around Forks, we heard the funniest Washington Lottery commercial on the radio!! I can't even explain it. It was just funny!
The rest of it I have pretty much told. We thought our plane was going to be canceled, so we decided to drive home. 12 hours later, when we are almost at our house with our real car, we find out that our plane wasn't canceled, and that we could have just rode the plane home. It sucked, but at least we were sure that we were going to be home for Christmas.
Overall, the best trip I have ever been on.
And now, I have for you, pictures!! I have put them on a slideshow that is in a very random order, but hey, thats ok.

And one more slideshow. Its pretty short, but they wouldn't all fit on the other one.

Thats all I have! I hope I took enough pictures to avoid getting the ruler
. I might have pictures of my Twilight merchandise that I got while I was there later on, but for now, thats it.
Enjoy!
