I just made myself some hot cider. Its really good except for the fact that I just burnt my tongue (spelling?). My tongue feels really fuzzy now.

Jasper<3-My holiday was good...tiring but good. I think I'm getting sick though because my throat is really scratchy right now . I don't wanna be sick for my last days of freedom!!!

My cider is still stuper hot! I really wanna drink it but not if it will make the skin on the inside of my mouth will peel off!

We trial-packed the bags this morning... they closed... if I jumped on them... they won't clear the weight limit though... snow balls chance in hell... too bad we haven't got a scale here... Maybe if I leave my 32 pack of skittles... NAH! It must be the mayo... or the glad-pack... or the baby proof camera, for his cousin who turns 3 soon... or all the clothes D bought... What was it, 2 thick hoodies, 4 t-shirts, a pair of jeans and 2 caps... I found myself 2 pairs of jeans, that's it... and some noise canceling headphones, mainly for the flight home.
I need to cut back on the "..."...
I marvel still at the prices here, and I just found out that NYC is expensive??? I could honestly feed a family on 5 here, on the same money I feed me and D back home... It's insane. I'm trying to convince him to get a scholarship here, or exchange or whatever, I finally found a place (country, NOT NYC itself) where I'd consider living, that wasn't my very own home island...
Just learned it was around 25,000 people in Times Square at the ball dropp on NYE... Spread on the congregation of about 1000 island where I live, the population is 26,000... I'm sooo happy we weren't there!
