QOTD: What is your favorite female character and why?

I guess I should start my favorite is Alice maybe it's because she is a pixie which kind of reminds me of my wife or maybe it's because she seems to have so much fun with life either way she is my favorite female character.

I would have to say that Leah Clearwater is one of my favorite female characters. She's loyal to a fault, just look at how she walked, human, into the Cullen's house to flip out at Bella for what she was doing to Jake. Even though she's been through a lot, what with Sam and Emily and all, she's managed to overcome it.

When I first started the series I was head over heels for Bella, because she was so strong and self-sufficient, and those are a few important qualities I look for in women. But then we met the Cullens and I immediately switched to loving Alice because, as someone pointed out she's so free and spunky, and it's almost impossible not to smile when she's around. She remained my favorite character throughout the majority of the rest of the series, until Bella got pregnant. Her determination to keep the baby, against everyone's protests and attempts to kill it, proved to me that she still does have the capacity to be strong, it's just hard for her to think when edward's around dazzling her senses like he does.
Then I read the partial version of MS, and that sealed the deal for me.
There's just something about the way Edward describes Bella's temper as reminding him of a 'ferocious kitten', or something like, that immediately made me think of my love, and that made me choose Bella, hands down, as my favorite female character, even though she did piss me off quite a lot throughout the series.

Nice lets keep this QOTD for the rest of today and then I think SeniorGimp can come up with the QOTD for tomorrow. Sound like a plan? We might also consider something the Gutter does they have a PSD (Paranormal Stud of the Day) We could do the PBD (Paranormal Babe of the Day.) Right now we just don't any numbers to chat about anything else really I mean come on.

Ya, there's only like four of us, so discussion might take a while to build up... I invited Wolf Boy, from the other twiguys thread, to join us over here, but I guess he couldn't make it, or hasn't yet at least.
I am kind of curious though... How many guys are actually on the lex?
I know of five: myself, wolf boy, ard, ashley and misfit...
I hope there are more, so we can get some decent discussions going, with more than just a few different sides to consider...

As for favorite girl. Bella, just got to know her the best, and I'm a bit of a hopeless romantic. Besides that, Rosalie, Jessica, and was it Lauren? The evil one. Are the only one we got to know nearly at all that I don't like much at all. I'll just refuse to count Nessie in with the women right now, even with potential and accelerated aging.

Well I hangout in the Gutter and there is a few guys in there although some of them don't get on the boards too regular. Vampman is normally in the Gutter with me but I doubt he wants to cover two threads it is kind of hard to keep up with the Gutter it moves pretty fast.

Ash they don't sell iPhones non-chipped in the U.S. they only sell them with AT&T service you can crack them but usually an update screws them up at some point. Personally I like Android there is a ton of FREE applications and it seems to be more friendly over all. The G1 can be purchased as a developer edition which is completely unlocked.
