I'm back! I found an issue of Country Weekly, too. I'll scan it later, but here's what it said. It was in the letters&numbers section.

They got it wrong though. I said crossover artists to country in general, not pop-to-country. And I named four I didn't like, not I was indifferent about. I'm just being nitpicky. I'm glad I was in there.
