The Uglies. That sounds familiar. I remember my friend taking a picture with the cover and putting it as her face.

Chloe: you didn't like the Lion, the witch and the wardrobe?!?

Haha. Read Uglies. Just do.
No, I didn't. Too long, and soooo boring.

It's actually a fairly short book, but I understand where your coming from. C.S. Lewis is an acquiring taste. I still only like a few of his books, others put me to sleep (The Horse and His Boy, for example).

Don't get me wrong, I love a long 700-page book. In fact, I have a 200 page minimum. Anything shorter is a waste of time.
But. . . I only like 700 pages of awesomeness, not that.

All I remember about reading The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe was that I was seriously craving Turkish delight. I remember my 3rd grade teacher bringing it in for us for the first time...I was in love :P

You know. . . .when I was reading that, I asked about everybody I knew what the heck Turkish Delight was, and I finally found out. And then I tried it. . . .the rose kind. It was so good! I want some now!

Chloe: OmE! Me too, dude. But I can't find it anywhere. :( -pout- haha, your amount of posts is the year my sister was born.

Let us find ourselves some Turkish Delight!

Haha, cool. There's only one place I know that has it here, and I'll make it sometime, if I can find rose oil.

My aunt had let me borrow a book that was the entire series of the Chronicles of Narnia in one. I tried to read it, honestly I did, but it was just so drab. My mind kept running off while I was reading and I'd end up wondering what I just read. I did, however, love the movie The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. It was a very nice movie!
