Is there a particular reason you never bought a pair?

I don't know, I prefer vans over converses, especially the thin soles. (Although niether or them seem to help in times of rain...)

I only wear Converse and flip-flops, I've never had any problem with my shoes in the rain. And we get flash floods frequently. IDK maybe my feet are impervious to water or something.

Lucky you. If its one thing I can't stand, its wet socks! Or yellow ones for that matter. *shudder*

Why can't you wear Converses in rain?

I'm watching a cheesy Lifetime movie.

Because (well for me at least) they get soaking wet, which makes my socks soaking wet and then it's all gross but maybe I'm just weird (quite possible )
