(Derek, since when were you a tetrarch? )
Sydney turned off the tunage as I parallel-parked and took my keys out of ignition. Why most countries had a minimum age to get a permit was beyond me. I pushed the unlock button on the pad set between the sunroof and rearview and set the citizens of unitedness on the fair nation of Lexicalia and hoped they would play nice. Now to pick a place to live, mayhaps a penthouse somewhere. Sydney does always say I live in the sky. Although Cocoa said something about a castle, I'd let her find that...

I don't think Pallet is ready yet. You should stop by Sam and Emily's place, they've always got food around. Yayy! Nar you're here!!

(Gah, vanished. Stupid strom took out my internet for a while. I like lightning though.)

I was driving again, surveying the houses. None of them so far had been... great enough. I did love my great and spacious buildings.
Then I quickly went into reverse, and backed up to look at something that had caught my eye. A huge mansion, well set back behind a row of willow trees, with a large front and backyard. Best yet, it looked unoccupied. I would have no need to convince an owner that the grass was always greener under a rock or something. Excellent!
I drove up, entered the driveway, and took a better view of the place. It was a grand Victorian mansion, and reminded me slightly of Buckingham Palace. This would definetely make a good home for us.
"I declare this piece of property to belong to the Mafia!" I said in a loud voice in front of the door. Then I remembered most homes don't have voice recognition software, so I followed everyone else's example and placed a call to City Hall. (rhyming!)
