i take like 4 different meds before i go to bed.

well i take one pill for my adhd, one pill just for sleeping.
tylonol pm for sleeping as well, a b.c. pill for... personal reasons and that's about it i believe.
oh and i take a multi vitamin.

it means i can't pay attention to things very well.

i have a really short attention span.
