Hahaha, hey guys.
Well as far as times go, that wasn't too bad, Karl. What kind of stuff are you eating when you're not training? You need a lot of grains and carbs and bananas and stuff like that but people forget you also need a little sugar and LOTS of water. try a pint of water for every pound you lose when you're working out to help flush out impurities in your body. But don't eat anything before you go running that day. Things like that should help you, and you've inspired me, the other day instead of taking the bus I ran downtown. But I am so out of shape, it took me almost 20 minutes to run the three miles and it was mostly downhill.
