Oh yeah my running update.
I'm still way behind Sami.
30 mins for my 5k mark.
But I went the distance
yesterday and ran for 47 mins
non-stop. no rest. 
Also my running gear from nike+
just arrived. Can't wait to
keep track of my run.

I've been really trying to get in shape.
A lot of eating healthier, and going to my cousin's house to use all his equipment in his basement.
The other day I jogged for around an hour and a half at a state park.
I haven't been keeping track of my speed, just trying to work off my extra "flub".
