i dont fall asleep until about 1, but i got upstairs at around 1030, its 10 right now, i end up reading and writing a lot before bed and ive been having serious sleeping problems lately

Hey! I'm newish to this thread, I used to be a regular posted on the unitedness, but I stopped when I had to stop playing and came back. Can someone explain all of it, I forget alot?

Oh. I usually go to my room around eleven thirty or so and then fall asleep when not even my books can hold my attention any longer.

Thanks umm, I'm have issues with typing so I shall call you BC. I can't fall asleep either. I've only been able to go to bed at ten because I had jet lag from England. I should go to sleep now(It's ten) but there was a thunder storm and the power went out(for five minutes) and I don't like being upstairs in my room when and if that happens.

I happen to like electrical storms, when I was little my mom played this tape of a rainforest thunderstorm when I was sleeping so now rain makes me tired. I'm lucky to live in a single story house though if that kinda thing is regular.

Lucky, all the bedrooms are on the top floor, but mine is cut off. I'm being told to go to bed. Good night!
