Haha, my childhood wasn't long ago, but my favorite movie from then must of been Matilda. I would watch it almost every day....

Re: Favorite Childhood movies
Well, since my childhood is like 10 years ago, I probably won't have too many. But here are the ones that stand out in my memory:
The Spice Girls
Alfalfa
Tarzan
And how could I forget The Lion King!!!!!
For the ones 5 years ago, it'd would be:
Titanic
CAMP
Notebook
Whale Rider
X-men
Harry Potter
and others that I probabaly don't remember clearly!!!!!
That's it really. They were my all time favourite!

Re: Favorite Childhood movies
I don't know how you could consider Titanic and Notebook as childhood movies, and even x-men seems a little sketchy to me as something a kid would watch. You must have had very adult taste when you were younger.

Re: Favorite Childhood movies
I've always loved musicals ever since I was a little kid.
Julie Andrews's movies were some of my favorites such as: The Sound of Music and Mary Poppins
I remember I used to watch Grease almost every day when I was little. I can recite those songs off of the top of my head!
Annie is another favorite, I remember we did a production of Annie when I was in elementary school and I was cast as
Miss Hanigan
The Little Mermaid has always held a special place in my heart as well.
I also really liked Natalie Portman movies, which I think is completely random. I've seen Where the Heart Is and Anywhere But Here like a million times.
And I absolutely loved any Jim Carrey movie. I think it's because of his over-the-top acting. Ace Ventura and Liar, Liar were two of my favorites.
I also really loved the movie Major Payne. It was probably because my dad was in the military.
