After greedily devouring the elk that Dart had so graciously gotten for him, Gio seemed a tiny bit better. I went to help him up and he barely needed me. I was ecstatic at his progress. I gave Dart a very thankful smile before we hobbled into the house.

I sat down on the couch while Gio leaned against the side of it. I took a deep breath and shut my eyes. I so badly wanted to be able to sleep. When my eyes opened, I saw Gio, curled up on a rug, in front of the unlit fireplace, his eyes shut and his breathing steady. I couldn't help but snicker.

I crawled next to him. "Honestly? The rug on the floor?" I raised my eyebrows in question. I rubbed his back lightly and got a low growl. He was quite stiff probably from all the laying down. "I have a better idea." And with that I led him upstairs to his bathroom. I would have chosen the pool but he didn't seem up for being seen to much.

I led him into the tub and realized we were both still clothed. I would have to dry the clothes later. "This feels good." I heard him whisper. A sentence! I got an actual sentence without any grunts!

I kissed his cheek. "I thought you would like it. Now come here." He leaned against me as I began to knead his shoulders. Poor guy, he was in knots. I checked to make sure I wasn't hurting his side when I noticed it was gone. I touched where the scar should have been and he flinched slightly.

"Gio, your scar isn't there." His head nodded as he smile. Of course he was happy. His head leaned back on my shoulder as he kissed my ear.

"Too bad. I find scars very attractive on a man." I winked playfully.

WAR moved closer to Scarlett.
"Are you alright honey?" He asked.
She nodded. "I'm fine." She replied, snuggling up next to him.
She was being truthful, she did feel better now.

I leered at Roxy sideways. "You like scars?" She nodded, a grin tugging the corner of her lips. "I have a scar."

"I know," she breathed, then kissed the scar in question. Remembering how I got it sent shivers through me, and she giggled.

"Not now," I teased her. She continued her massage, and it really did feel wonderful. I stretched my limbs, testing my strength.

"Hand me the shampoo," she said.

Instead of grabbing it, I willed it to my hand. It followed. Roxy gasped.

I was pleased. "Would you hunt with me later?" I didn't want to head out without company, and though I loathed the idea of someone attacking us, I wanted something specific and she was the only one who knew.
