Thanks, I'll have to go look!
I cry at everything, even cartoons. My kids just love taking me to the movies because they get a double show.
Terrrible.
Embarrassing.

 Good luck.

Oh yeah, I love the movies with all my heart and soul. Although, I haven't watched the extended editions - I NEED TO!

I would read the books but my friend's say its a laborious task so I'm kinda put off.

I adore the books!

Although I always skipped the parts about Frodo and Sam's journey because that's sort of boring for me. I like the parts about Aragon, Legolas and Gimli's journey.

Sorry, but since I probably am about 30 years older than you, Legolas has been very taken for longer than you have been alive, so get in line! :ugeek:
I loved the movies and have read ALL of the books written by JRR and Christopher Tolkien! The movies were some of the best adaptations ever done by any director, and I absolutely love them. I even like the change they made in the Moria Mines because it worked better then Tolkien's original plot.
Tolkien set me on the high road to Geekdom at the tender age of ten and I have never looked back since.

FIne, If ya'll get Legolas (What about of Eryn Lasgalen? Can I have that legolas, or did I make up Lasgalen? I can't remember!!! The books nad my imagination have melded into one! Or you can stalk Legolas, but he lives in my closet with Gabe Saporta, dancing in neon skinny jeans. :D ) I call dibs on Turin! I have a die-hard attraction to tragic heros that die, so he can be mine. Even if all his lady-friends die too.

READ THE BOOKS!
You cannot be a true fan if you can't struggle your way through them. I read them at age 11 and got them completely!
