Fruits. I heart Bananas and egg whites for breakfast. For lunch fiber crackers and tuna or bananas and apples or a rice meal with veggies. For dinner Sometimes I eat a rice meal with veggies or meat or no meal at all then green tea to finish it. No sugar for me but I do drink a lot of water to keep myself hydrated. Yeah I don't eat anything before a run.
Wow I inspired you? that's good to know cause you inspired me too, to develop my running. That's still not not bad Sami. Still way better than my time. Well I'm increasing my distance to 10k, I started yesterday. I need to slim down more, if I ever want to beat your time.
Yesterday I was doing bicycle crunches and I noticed that my legs have insanely hard muscles and my thighs are getting really toned.
How's your job treating you? Are you coping well there in Washington?
