Yay! I had almost forgotten I put a request to have this thread made.
Lately, I haven't been watching the new episodes, but I really miss the old cast--back when JT was alive.

I LURVE DEGRASSI.
Thank you for this thread, una!
Well, I think it's an amazing show. I'm disappointed on all of the new cast members, the only original seeming to be Spinner. Holly J is sick, even though she's new. I think she brings humor to the show.
I miss Darcy a lot, I wish Shenae Grimes had stayed on for longer instead of ditching Degrassi for 90210.

Re: Degrassi: The Next Generation
I love degrassi. My sister got me hooked on it. Lol, then I got her hooked on Twilight xD Anyways, I usually like everything about it. However, the only thing that I never really like was when JT got killed. I really liked him! He was a good guy and really brought some good laughs here and there, at least for me. The other thing I like is how after watching it for a couple years now you can look back and see how everything and everyone has changed. I'm just so blown away by everything everyone has gone through and how those moments made them who they are now.

I'm sure we were all upset when JT died.
Gah! Did anyone see the new episode last night? Riley finally came out! Finally!

Re: Degrassi: The Next Generation
I don't like the new episodes in college. I really miss the original characters, such as Ellie and Marco. Hell, I even miss Hazel (sp?).
I miss the younger days when Emma was still with Sean. Did anyone else cry when he took that final picture with her before leaving for the military? His whole conversation with Snake reduced me to tears. "Do you think he turned out okay?"
They were so adorable together. Emma should have stayed with him. ;/

I agree with you on that one. Sometimes there are good episodes and other times I can't watch it. Ha.skinnybones4 wrote:It's an "ok" show. Sometimes i get into it and sometimes i don't.
As far as couples go, Emma and Sean were my favorite too. -coughs-
