P.S. Don't get the wrong idea bout my stepmom, she can be a really funny and cool person to hang out w/ (she's in early 30s, my dads in his late 50s, awkward much?) but she is just very stubborn about certain things, like Twilight.
Well... I dont mind age differences much... becuase I plan to marry Robert Pattinson!!

My mother doesn't really care what I read, just as long as it's not too 'demeaning' for my mind.

 Whatever that means.

P.S: Don't know if Garrett is already taken, but HE'S mine.

My parents are completely okay with vampires, my dad's into Buffy, and my mom has read twilight a few times and is lending my books out to people at work.

My dad actually joked about it with me. My mum doesn't actually cares. My dad thinks I am funny when I go crazy over Twilight, but he understands. I actually showed him the picture of Robert Pattison as Edward Cullen, he was like " Not bad."

Every time I say something connected about the Twilight movie, he will ask :" Vampires?Nice?"

And once when I had nightmares, he asked if it was about vampires trying to kill me. Haha.

When my dad found out that Twilight was about vampires he shook his head and said, "I can't believe we let you read that."
I was like HELLO they aren't bad!!! If it had been more like the "traditional" vampire I could see how he gets upset, but even after I explained their diet and philosophy he doesn't like it and gets a sour look on his face whenever Twilight is mentioned. But he's yet to take away my books, so no drama yet.
