Oh boy., I love those outtakes.

Caryn, I got VF today so it didn't took too long. I read the interview and my heart is broken. I honestly feel sick about it. I feel like I should give him a big hug and hide him from the world for a while. Especially the part with the dog., that boy needs to get himself a puppy. Someone who doesn't judge to keep him company.

Dinner is ready., write again later

Good avo ladies! Life has been pretty poo and hectic since early February. My mum broke her ankle and was unable to do much for herself including getting herself to the bathroom etc so I was on call for quite a while with her. In between dealing with buddy and work I got all the household chores done, made lunch and dinner for them for while I was at work etc etc. Mum can now move around a bit, but buddy has come down ill, and for the last month or so he's been poorly with coughs, colds, fevers etc. With any luck soon I'll get a full nights sleep. (I hope)

Thanks for my birthday wishes at the beginning of march. I turned 33 (going on 18), I'd forgotten to book the day off as holiday so I had to work. Unfortunately I hate my job, as nothing has changed or improved since I was last around. Jason is still fighting to get me back into the kitchen but it's falling on deaf ears… and all because I'm a single mum.

Anyways, I hope you're all well? Chris Weiss is a regular on twitter now and he answers questions about any of his films, and some of his answers are fascinating!

I love it when I can come and go into the lex. Back to normal posting now that work is much less hectic.

Tracy - Have good weekend. Rest and relax :D

Marielle - Congrats to your friend who just had a baby.

Caryn - Yay! Thanks so much will send you a pm after I post this. I love the article you posted. This phrase stuck with me "I travel to keep my feet firmly on the ground." He's so humble and very down to earth. Could he be any more than perfect :swoon: . That article proves just how genuine of a person he is.

Susie - It usually just took an hour. And considering its already summer vacation here most of the students are out of school. Weird and very annoying. I'm guessing July is summer time in Minnesota :D . Oh nice picture of you and Marielle. You both look good.

Jaclyn - I see you!!! EDIT: Hey where'd you go???

Later.

Happy Friday all!!

Thank you all sooo much for my BirthdayRobCrack - they are all gorgeous!! I had a really good birthday!! On Wednesday night we went for dinner and quiz with a couple of our friends, which was a lot of fun. We didn't win (we rarely do LOL) but had lots of laugh, and quite a few adult beverages ;)
And then yesterday on my actual birthday was a lot of fun too! I started work later (as I was owed time back) which was pretty cool. My work mates know I don't like cake, so instead of getting me a birthday cake they got my a big pack of my favourite biscuits (which I eat everyday at work, in the morning and then again in the afternoon LOL) which I thought was soooo sweet of them!! When I got home, my bf had put birthday candles on an apple pie for me - again so very sweet!! And then my parents came over and took us out for dinner. It was really nice! So a very good birthday, and I got lots of pretty cards and gifts.

I'm not sure if you all remember that we had a big problem with spiders when we first moved into our house? Well we got this thing months ago that is supposed to deter them (it plugs into the wall, and has some kind of electromagnetic wave that affects spiders). We still get some, but I think it is less than before, so hopefully it was doing something. Anyway, my bf was going to get me a pet for my birthday...he was going to buy it and get a cage and everything for me coming in from work tomorrow, but then he thought I might want to get it myself. The pet is a rat :) I'm not sure how many of you here like rodents?? LOL. But anyway, we are thinking about getting 2 (as they like company) but the only thing is, the spider repeller can't be used if you have any rodents!! So we would have to take that out...and I'm really scared that spiders will come back. Don't know what to do now!! LOL.

ActionRob - ActionRob joined us both at the pub on Wednesday and out at dinner last night. At the pub he posed with one of my gifts, offered to buy us a cocktail, and helped us with the quiz. At dinner last night, he posed with some Japanese beer (and cola LOL) and with my food. I only have a couple of others things planned with him, and then he will be making his way back to the US to visit Tracy!

Christina - Sorry that some kids messed around with your AC. Were your cats ok? Hopefully they won't do it again!!
Yep I am documenting all of ActionRob's adventures in his diary. It will soon be time to send him on to his next destination..it went really fast!

Tracy - Wow, that EW cover does indeed look lovely! Would you really send me a copy of the new Rob issue?? Aww thank you sooo much!! We don't get EW here at all :(
Yep I think my bf will come to see WfE with me, and probably one of my friends who like's Twilight too.

Marielle - WOW! I love love love my birthday gifts!! Soooo much FingerPorn *explodes* ;)
Thanks for posting the pic of you and Susie! I'm glad you had a nice dinner, and got to catch up "in the flesh". That's really exciting!! Also, pretty cool that you got to meet SonnyBoy.
I hope you have fun visiting your friend who has just had the baby!

Raine - Wow, that's pretty scary about your earthquake drill, espeically if you didn't know it was going to happen. But it's also quite good that you didn't get told first, cos if it were to happen, then I guess you wouldn't get any notice! I'm glad no one got hurt though!!
Wow!! You get to go to that beach with your work, all paid?? I want to work for your company!! LOL. That looks awesome!
I think I love Walter & Queenie the most too, apart from Jacob. Does anyone know who is playing Walter in the movie?
I hope your brother & SIL made up after their disagreement!

Caryn - I hope the Butler game went well? Or is the next one not happened yet? LOL. I am a wee bit confused :P
Thank you for posting that Rob article; I really enjoyed reading it.

StellaBlueBella - Hey there!! I have seen you about the fanfic thread too! Welcome to Rob's Halfway House! The ladies here are awesome, and you will really enjoy your stay :)

missp - I hope you enjoyed dinner with your friends last night!

JennJenn - Sorry you lost your post! :(

Susie - I'm glad you and SonnyBoy got home safe. That's mental that it snowed 8 inches while you were away! When should it stop snowing for you?
I can't wait to see your pic from meeting up with Marielle. Ah I see you just posted LOL. What did SonnyBoy think of Amsterdam? I hope he is feeling a bit better now!
Yep I think we were in the smallest screen when we went to see Eclipse in London last year LOL. Hopefully there will be pics in the paper here, and I can show you the red carpet!
Yep I am 25 now... I feel so old! I am now in my late twenties...that's super scary!!!

I was on a half day from work today, as they let everyone go home (unless we had something critical to do this afternoon) as they confirmed yesterday that the site will be closing. 45 people will be leaving next week!! Pretty scary..I should find out when I have to go in the next 2 weeks. So everyone is really sad now...

Anyways, I'm off.
Bye!

EDIT: Wow, lots of posts while I was posting! LOL.
Caryn - Those new photos are beautiful!! Wowza indeed!!
Marielle - Aw sorry the VF interview left you feeling a bit sad. I want to wrap him up too and hide him away from everything.
Mel - Hey there! Sorry that Buddy is still ill..do you know what's wrong with him? Also that sucks about your work!!
Raine - I'm still here LOL. I must just be a slow typer today LOL! I'm glad your work is less hectic so you can post more often now too!

Ok now I really am going - catch you later!

Hey guys, I hope everyone is doing great. I have just a small update.

I am feeling about 70-80% better. I've still been using the inhaler so the pressure has let up tremendously. I still have a bit of a cough though. The pain is gone. The only pain I get is when I cough too hard.

So, it seems that I've missed my one year board anniversary. But, technically I didn't start being active until July so I guess it hasn't really been a year.

Sorry I don't have more to contribute to the convo. I've been really down and stressed out lately. My mind is just here and there.

Marielle~ YAY! I’m so glad you got it! Yes, now you see what we were all so sad about. But, hopefully you read the interview I posted before, as well as the EW interview. Those, along with the Jay Leno and MTV interviews posted a much different and I think realistic view of Rob. Yes, he gets down sometimes because of the crazy around him. But, he’s really come a long way in dealing with it and he’s in a good place now.

Mel~ Good to see you, darl! Sorry to hear about your mom. Hope she’s healing well. And I hope Buddy gets well soon. Sounds like you just need a really really long nap. Sending you good vibes.

Raine~ I got your PM and I’ll be heading to the post office tomorrow morning for you. I know. I read that article and, even though you know that the exact wording isn’t his, you can just feel the thought and the heart that went into his answers. I always feel like maybe he’s a little more open with international reporters because they are never as invasive with him.

Jaclyn~ Sounds like you had a great birthday! I’m so glad. Aww, that’s so sweet of BF to get you a pet. I’m not a fan of rodents, per say. But, I don’t exactly consider the ones kept as pets in the same way I do the ones I might find crawling around my woodpile. But, if you have to chose between your spider repeller and your pets, I’d honestly chose the spider repeller. Awww, it looks like ActionRob is having a grand time. Even partaking of a little beer, huh? Some things, it seems, are eternal. There have been several Butler games. It’s a tournament that starts with 68 teams and they play in pools until they reach the last to standing. Butler has now made it to the round of 8 (called the Elite 8) and will play tomorrow at 4:30 pm.

Chrissy~ Glad you are feeling better. Breathing is, after all, a pretty important part of life. I absolutely love that song. I was shocked the first time I heard it as a part of a commercial. I think it’s Ray Lamontagne, whose voice always reminds me of Rob.

Tonise~ I don’t know that it’s just for the roles. I think Rob has done what most young men his age do. They fill out and broaden… the shoulders and the chest. The face looses some of it’s angularity and he’s so naturally lean anyways that it all just comes together. But, yes, he’s been working out, too. What a great combination, huh? :D

I love this picture. *sigh*

Night night ladies.

@Everyone - Thanks for all the welcomes! You all are such a fun Robwardly bunch :]

And Yes, @Susie, in case my vernacular doesn't give me away, I am from Alabama! I've seen MissP commenting about the weather and school closings but AL is a big state and we had some fierce winter storms this season (for a southeastern state at least) so I am not sure how close we are to each other...? I am at the top of the state :] And btw Amsterdam sounds like an amazing trip. Had you been to Europe before? I've never left the continent but, good things come to those who wait, I just know it! Volturi Girl is my fanfic buddy! We both have a taste the same sub-genre ~ villains ~ if her screen name didn't give it away. I thank Virginia May for introducing to fanfic. Seriously I was asking her questions like "what is ff.net?" etc. Oh you are one of her betas! I love WDH! Kudos to you too then.

@Openfire - ActionRob is too funny! I am sure he get's even funnier as the goes on and on.... ;) ;) I imagine little cartoon captions above his head providing us with his own Robwardly commentary.

@Caryn - Thanks for the welcome :] I loved the Italian article you posted. He seems so eloquent and confident and well spoken here which is a contrast to many of the interviews I've seen of him in the states where he seems a bit nervous or something. Well, the fact that the interviewer asked decent questions may have had something to do with it. I loved how often he referred to his sisters (as a women with three brothers, lol.) It's funny that he reassured the interviewer that he didn't hold a "snobby" regard for Americans as he is from London. I'd never even considered it lol. Ahhh but he is gorgeous. I personally don't mind the more casual photos, I find them naturally understated yet undeniably gorgeous. Sorry to keep using the word gorgeous, but he is what he is... I love the vintage look of the EW photos (thank you very much for the 'outakes') too though. He is just all around sexiness :swoon:

Hope ya'll have a great rest of the weekend!

Hello ladies! I'm sorry I've been gone so long. I've just been hanging out with the family and trying to get my daughters meds straightened out. We found out last week that the insurance my hubs got from his new job won't pay for any of the treatments she needs for her headaches because it's a "pre-existing condition" So now we owe the Dr. for her last 3 visits that we thought were covered. They're working with us though which is great. The hard part is, just one round of the trigger point injections is $200 and she needs them about once a month. That's on top of the meds she is on and the cost of MRIs to check the cysts...we weren't able to make a payment yet this month, so no injections yet and her headaches get worse every day. She missed 2 days of school this week and her grades are starting to suffer. We should be able to get her in next week to get her injections and hopefully that will help.

In other news, I'm going to try my hand at writing a fic! I've never tried writing before, but I read all the time (my hubs got me Kindle for Valentines Day!!) and writing is something I've wanted to try. But you girls need to promise you won't throw things at me when I tell you....it's gonna be a Bella & Carlisle story (ducks head) I've gotten 3 and a half chapters written, but I keep going back and changing them lol. I'll have to get someone to proof read them for me and let me know what they think. Any volunteers?

A few pages back I think someone asked me to make a new banner for them but I can't remember who :banghead: Yes I would be happy to...just let me know whata you want and I'll whip one up!!

I'm also gonna get as many of the new EW pics as I can and make a wallpaper for us to stare at :)

It's late and I should head to bed...I'll be around more I promise!!! I miss you girls!!!

Until next time....something in yellow to brighten your day :)
