Uhmmm... hello?

Post by Cluck Girl »

Hi, I'm Cluck... this seemed like the place to start, so here I am! I'm a little shy so this may be brief

How did you pick your screen name?
Well, Cluck has been my online name for years and years now... for so long that I can barely remember where I got it! I believe it originates from the first time I ever made an account online on a game, and (being unused to computers as I was) I had an immense amount of trouble with a chicken quest. So my family dubbed me 'the chicken girl' until that got to be a bit of annoying mouthful, and it was shortened to Cluck!

How did you come to read Twilight and which book is your favorite?
I have a friend who was (and still is!) completely obsessed with the books, who convinced me to read them. I was pretty sceptical because I don't really go in for the traditional spooky horror stuff, but I was pleasantly surprised :D My favourite book is Eclipse because... well, I don't really know why!

Who do you like best: Edward, Bella, or Jacob?
Edward. Or maybe Bella, but I think Edward's more interesting on the whole.

Who is your favorite minor character?
Carlisle, hands down. He's just so... nice. It's impossible not to like him!

What are your hobbies?
I read a lot and draw more than is good for my hands, I think :D I also play guitar, piano and clarinet, cycle, trampoline... and obsess about LOTR and Twilight (does that count as hobby?)

Where are you from?
East of the UK.

How old are you?
Teen.

So um... that's it.

Hello and welcome to the Twilight Lexicon!

I’m Openhome, and I’m one of the moderators around here.

We are so pleased you have chosen to join us! The Lex is a large site and can be very confusing at first. To help you navigate through the threads better, please be sure to check out the Welcome Forum and take a look at the threads there. You can begin at the Before You Start Posting thread. This topic contains a wealth of information on how to use our boards.

If you have any questions about posting here, there are three forums set up for you. Newborn in Seattle has a long list of helpful hints and FAQ’s. If you have technical difficulties, go to For the Accident Prone. The site’s rules and policies are found in the Don’t Irritate the Volturi thread. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with them!

If you have any other questions, you can contact any of the moderators by sending them a Private Message (PM). Moderators’ names appear in green. You can also go to the Communing with the Pack forum to ask questions or give us feedback.

See you around the boards!
