Re: Gen Y --The 20 something's thread
Oh, I'll probably go to opening night provided I do not have to work the next day. I really really want to see all the new vamps. That's the part I'm looking forward to.

I'm fairly sure I'll like it, it just really hinges on the end battle..I hate how now they're advertising 'now with a surprise ending'...that's NOT why the majority of Twilight fans are going to see it.
I won't be going at midnight..no one to go with and I wasn't in the mood to deal with the insanity..I got to go see Eclipse at midnight and that was a fun experience. I'm going to the 10:45am showing on Friday with my hubby..he's going along kinda reluctantly I like going when it won't be kinda chaotic and I'll be able to hear all the dialogue without all the screaming!

Me and the best friend are going crazy and doing the marathon as end of the Twilight era . Tomorow at 2pm in the afternoon it all starts with Twilight and then we end with the new movie that starts at midnight.
We went to see all the movies together in different phases of our lives, with different people joining us etc... so I think it's suitable to now see them all back to back

I'm probably going with a friend who thinks she wants to see it. She was unsure if she had seen #1 until I told her it was the one where they got married... And she has read the books... Need I say she's no lover? But that's OK, she has other qualities

I'm looking forward to it Friday will be here soon, hooray!
Thanks for the book recommendations. I picked up Divergent yesterday and only read about five chapters before I got bored with it. Reminded me of a Hunger Games/Ender's Game type of setting and I'm not in the mood to be depressed again. So back to chick lit and re-reading Eclipse again I suppose.

Divergent is absolutly awsome though. I loved it.
Have you read the Shiver series by Magie Stiefvater yet? That one is more Twilighty. Also the Drake Chronicles is fun, I didn't got very far since there was happening to little for me. But alot of people seem to like it?

Oooh no, I haven't read that..thanks
I saw it today-the theater was WAY more crowded than I anticipated for a morning showing (last year we went at 1pm and there was practically no one there), and I liked it, for the most part. I'm still digesting it

I missed the premiere, and the showing yesterday, and the one tonight. Have plans of going tomorrow, hope it works out. I saw all these "going to see bd2" statuses on FB, but no comments fterwards... Makes me think that none of them was blasted away...
I'm curently reading "the prophesy of the Cheysuli" series by Jennifer Robersson. Also recomend Maggie Furey's "Aurian"-books.
