1. What tactic do you think Bella uses to get out of her house? Does she go too far?
well, i think she went too far honestly, she hurt charlie by saying the last words renee said when she left him, thhhaaaat was waaaay too harsh. i felt so bad for him during that whole scene but she was doing it to save his life pretty much and that helps.
2. There is a lot of interaction among the Cullens. Aside from Carlisle, the one person who can get an upset Edward to listen is Alice. What do you think that says about their relationship?
it says a lot. it shows the bond they have, and the bond that the whole family has. they both know everything about the other basically, he can read her thoughts, she can see his future. she is definitely understanding of bella and accepting of him loving her so that would alone form a close bond. it just shows how much they are really like brother and sister.
3. Why do you think Laurent chose to leave James and Victoria and head to Denali?
he was a lot more tame than the other two. he was only with victoria and james because it was convenient for him, and because it was some company at least. he didn't want to piss off the cullens by following james and he probably knew that it would result in bad business and he was also intrigued by their way of life.
4. Were you surprised that Jasper could feel that Bella was worth it. What do you think lead him to that conclusion?
i have to say, this is one of my favorite moments in the book, i loove jasper. but anyway, he knows edward's feelings for bella and he knows that bella is more important to him than anything. he realizes that if something happens to bella edward would never be the same and he definitely would not want edward to go back to the way he was before her. although jasper may not be really close to bella at this point it is a touching moment and it's nice to see him in that way.
