Ha ha....um YES....that is an incredibly bad idea indeed. Funny thing is that I actually did that last night with my team (I coach dance team). Me and my assistant coach hooked up in kickline hold and started demonstrating low, medium and high kicks. It didn't hurt then but it sure does now! hahaha
Good idea: stretching before dancing of any kind
Bad idea: stretching before dancing in your cubicle at work....yes, I HAVE done that and no, you shouldn't ever do it.
