To keep this thread from getting too long I am going to start deleting posts that are more than a week old. Leaving them on here for a week will give you time to see any reply we made. We edit our replies into your post - this lets any mod know which ones have already been done and which ones still need attention, and it also let's us reply to you individually.

Even if we don't actually say "Thanks" on every post, please know that the help is GREATLY appreciated.
