I would have liked to do teaching but to be honest the pay wasn't good enough when I was leaving school so I did 6 more years further education for an engineering degree. I've now been an Electrical Engineer for over twenty years but I do run the odd training course for staff so do a bit of teaching...

Im not allowed one of the e-readers, my parents say my book obsesion is costing them too much already... they figured out i spent 1000quid almost on books last year I think I'll get a couple at Christmas time as both myself and my wife have always got something to read and she struggles a bit with ...

but the english dep have apple mac's, which is stupid as we allways use word in englsh, but mac's are designed to be good at design software, not word processor....so they should use laptops, not macs! Yep, looks like the English Department are pulling a fast one, why would you need a Mac for word ...

I have one PC in my Office at work but that's one too many if you ask me.

Here at home I have very high end custom built PC that I love to play with, at work PC=Stress.

I read City of Bones a couple of weeks ago and have just finished City of Ashes.

The 3rd book, City of Glass, isn't available in the UK unit 6th July so I have a wait to see how things work out.
