Re: Garrett
I loved watching Garrett become a part of the Cullen's (extended) family. I love that he ended up with Kate, because they are very well suited to each other. One thing that broke my heart was when Garrett grabbed Kate to stop her from running at the Volturi, even though she was hurting him. He let ...

Re: Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen #2
Rob is an interesting choice for Edward. I think everyone was kind of expecting him to start waving a wand around, but he did a great job as Edward. He's a really talented actor, even though all anyone ever says is that he's hot or that they want to marry him. Or both.

Re: Ashley Greene as Alice
Ashley was so good as Alice! Even when it was just little things, like just a few words, she was Alice. She completely brought the character to life. She even did the dace-walking! And even though her hair is totally wigged-out in the film, I think she really pulls off the look.

Re: Peter Facinelli as Carlisle Cullen
Not only is Peter an amazing actor, he has the face of an angel. No joke: that is the face I will see when I die. I think this makes him absolutely perfect for the part of Carlisle. You'll really be able to believe that these are good people, not just a bunch of vampires. Good casting!

Re: Krys as Embry
Krys is perfect for Embry. I think I like him better for Embry than for Jacob, who he was originally cast as. I really hope they can give Embry a bit more screen time than what he would get if they just stick to the book. They should play up the role a bit. He seems like a smart guy, & he's fun...

Re: Leah Clearwater
Leah makes me want to cry. Just think about it: she has to watch everyone around her- even people she doesn't care about - have their lives fall perfectly into place. What she said about being a genetic dead end is true. She doesn't fit anywhere, she knows it, and there's nothing she can do about i...

Re: New Moon~ The movie
I agree with all the people who want to see Chapter 4 as a voice over. To me, that just seems like thet best way to make us feel what Bella's going through. In the same way, I don't think that they should show flashes of Edward, because Bella doesn't even know where Edward is or what he's doing, an...

Re: Most Nerve-wracking, heart stopping Moments thread
I have to agree that a nerve-wrecking moment was when Edward said he was leaving in New Moon. I was sad for Bella and astonished by Edward thinking it would be that easy to forget. I believe my actual thought went along the lines of "Boys are so stupid" Also in Eclipse when Bella grabs th...

Hey, I'm Khya!
How did you pick your screen name? Khya has been my nickname for a long time, so I just decided to use it as my screen name. [pronounced k-eye-a, not kia, like the car.] How did you come to read Twilight and which book is your favorite? I started reading Twilight when I was in a bookstore, about 2 y...
