Re: Gen Y -- The 20 something's thread
I own the Claiming of Sleeping Beauty, and have read the others, though I didn't like them enough to buy them. You would take Anne Rice's most explicit book under the name Anne Rice and multiply it by twelve. It's got less straight sex and more bsdm/sm/homosexuality/kink(like beastiality) than anyth...

Re: New Moon Movie ~ Take 3
I actually think Selena Gomez is absolutely afreakingdorable.
I can't think of a part she'd be right for, I don't think Leah though maybe, I've never seen her angry in anything, but Selena Gomez is the cutest thing ever.

Re: Gen Y -- The 20 something's thread
That's a lot of posts in a few days! I feel like I've been gone ages but I haven't really, I don't think. I won't read up on everything, I'm much too lazy, but I will say Hi! Hope everyone had a lovely holiday and that everyone's doing ok so far on their resolutions. I've been good with at least thr...

Re: Gen Y -- The 20 something's thread
Communication is really important. Mike and I both use our webcams a LOT, like every night when we can't be together, plus it's cheaper than a phone call. We text a lot too. But what I've found the MOST important thing in any relationship is a sense of humor and not to take yourself too seriously. L...

Re: Gen Y -- The 20 something's thread
The best Anne Rice novel, in my opinion, and the one I started with, because it's not really a hundred percent tied to the other novels, is Pandora. It's a historical jaunt through ancient Greek and Roman times- beautifully written and makes you want to go back and read the others. But it's basicall...

Re: Gen Y -- The 20 something's thread
Speaking of books, I'm SO excited!!! I raided my brother's library and found several classics I wanted to start for my 25 classic novels in 2009 goal, which is one of many. I want to read 25 classic novels by December 31,2009. I don't have a complete list yet but the books I raided are Frankenstein,...

Re: New Moon Movie ~ Take 3
That is SO funny you should mention that version because I was commenting to another poster in Pm that everyone who enjoys Twilight should watch the Larry Olivier version of Wuthering Heights- it's just so tragic and beautiful and dark and intense. I had a good friend, Kendra, who was obsessive abou...
