Yeah I thought that too but then I thought if she's going for a human and they throw a bag of blood at her, it might distract her long enough to get her away from the human. Then I thought... that would be a dumb idea, this human sees her coming at them and then suddenly she's ripping into a bag of blood and people are escorting her away... lol.. the scene is actually quite amusing in my head... Though I guess we should get back to the real topic of this forum... what do you think Bella and Renesmee's favourite animals would be?
I think Bella would probably prefer lion for the same reason as Edward. As for Nessie, I doubt any of her family, except maybe Uncle Emmet, would let her have any fun and hunt bigger game, so she's probably stuck jumping icky elk with Jacob.

That's probably true. I don't know for sure though. She does grow up, she might go through a rebellious phase and get in a fight about it. I just don't know... is Renesmee unable to be hurt regualrily like a vampire or is se softer and actually capable of being hurt? Because that would definitely dictate what she can and can't hunt.

I would guess her predatory strengths to be on par with Jacob. In NM, when Bella thinks that its just a pack of wolves and not werewolves, she says that the wolves were easily the strongest animals in the forest. The animals like sparrows aren't afraid of her and Jacob, either. My guess is that she would win a fight against a bear or a lion, but she would have a teensy bit of a struggle.

True. I think she might enjoy hunting elk though, rather than the big predatory animals. Because that's what Jacob hunts and they mention in Breaking Dawn that she hates the animal blood and only drinks it if they make it into a competition with Jacob. Since Elk and deer are what Jacob hunts, they may be her favourites too.

Ok heres what I think, I gave what I thought there animal preferance's should be a while back, but I rethought my answers, well some of them :D

Emmett: Bear (obviously)
Edward: Mountain Lion or Cheetah
Rosalie: I said Caracal the first time.... I think she would still be probably that, and a Wolf ;) :D
Jasper; I'm sticking with my first assumption: Leopard
Alice: Gazelle or Fox
Carlisle; I'm still going with Albino Moose. And don't know why it just seems to fit...
Esme: I said Deer first time.... I'm not sure.... It's hard to picture Esme hunting anything...

Everyone says Rosalie as a wolf but i just can't see it. Jasper is more wolf with his sense of tactics and cunning on the battlefield. Plus his ability to be "alpha" and inspire his men and control emotions now as a vampire.

I also can't see any of them being herbivores. They are supposed to be PREDATORS.

LOL! Albino mouse? Now that would be an interesting thing to hunt. I don't think they enjoy rare animals though (and I'm pretty sure that an albino moose is about as rare as they get considering the small number of normal moose that there are). It just seems to me that they and especially Carlisle wouldn't want to kill animals that are rare. They only hunt in overpopulated areas for a reason anyways. They don't want to cause damage to an ecosystem.

I could see Carlisle perfering coyate? I'm not sure.

Esme though, I couldn't see her hunting, it just doesn't work out in my mind.

No matter how many times I read the books I always laugh when Edward explains how Emmett likes cranky ol' grizzlies that just got out of hibernation. It makes me think of this old saying... "Don't play with your food". ;)
