Mine's actually a hybrid of Twilight inspired Jake-love and an old Rick Springsteen song "Jesse's Girl" but mainly I have it cuz Jacob's_Bella was taken!

i chose mine because 2006 was the year that i fell in love with edward!!! (i have the exact date and everything!!)
... that was a great day, and lucky that i happened to be doing a reading journal for english so i have all my original gushes about twilight - loved it so much that i read it twice! (of course i've read it heaps more since then lol, but that was quite an unusual occurence back then - i never read anything more than once!

I'm a huge Harry Potter fan, and I really love Sirius. The nick Pawprint reminds me of him, and Padfoot is pretty much obvious and Snuffles is too. When I got a hold of the Twilight Series and saw that it even included werewolves, it was so amazing to see that both worlds could actually live together, so I got stuck (happily) with this nickname for both fandoms (even though I'm a team Edward all the way!)

its part homage to fiona apple, part old school throwback. my real name is ashley, and when i was really young teachers would always sad "A is for ashley, and A is for apple." it just kind of stuck.

um well... it was after a bad day of everyone telling me how pale i looked.... its not my fault, its just i am naturally pale! if anyone should be blamed it should be my parents!! they'r the ones that gave my their stupid genetic make-up....
anywho.... i was just at my laptop trying to think of a name and that came to me! its kind of a play on pretty in pink too!

mine is one of the nicknames my grade 12 english teacher gave me a million years ago. he had several for me. my name is leanne and he called me oleander, leander, leanderthall...

I sort of talked about this in my getting to know you post, but my name is Charity. Most peopel shorten it to Chair. When I met my husband he wanted to be different so he started calling me Rity. I really liked it, especially after all those years of being known as Chair or worse yet Chair-Brear...

When my dh and I met we were working at a camp and my camp name was Rosebud. Thus Rity-Buds, my dh has now been calling me that for over 8 wonderful years

Did I mention that he too has that strane bronze colord hair? I have my own personal Edward
