Hi there, Mystical Dreams! Welcome to the boards, and the thread! Have you seen the British thread, too?

(I'm from Scotland.)

Please jump in to conversations, or ask questions to get some going! :D

Hello fellow European fans!

I'm from Belgium, the flemish (dutch) speaking part of the country.

I have a question. People from non-english speaking countries, in which language did you read the books? In your own language, or in english?

I read them all in english personally. I love reading books in the original language.

And another question for discussion.

Here in Belgium the books aren't really known yet, I'm sure they will be soon, and then I already read them all, yay.
But are they big in your country? And if now, how did you found out about them, started to read them?

I heard talking about them constantly on another forum I go to and I was really curious to see what it all was about. So I ordered them all in, in english.

Hi there, how come I haven't seen this thread before??? I'm from Italy and definitely a huge fan of the Twilight saga, one of the "older" ones :D
I'm so happy the movie will be released on the same day as in the United States: I can't wait to see it...what about your countries? Any delays?

Here the release date should be january first 2009 like it says on the website.
And I am not happy about that at all. Why does it has to take 1 month and a half longer then in the US?

What a shame, Lizzie!!! Do you have dubbed movies or in the original language with subtitles?
Usually in Italy, the release date is different because the movie must be dubbed and sometimes it takes quite a lot...but we've been lucky this time!! I'd love to see it in English first...the original voices in the trailer are so good!

They only dub it when it are children movies, since kids can't read yet. But this ain't a children movie right, so I'd think it would be weird if they dubbed it. But they did dub the Harry Potters...
Normally we only get subtitles, dutch and french ones in the movies.
