HI! and Happy TURKEY DAY to you all.
and WooT a adult thread without the word "Gutter" in it, course don't know it that thread was all smut but the word gutter was a turnoff, even tho I read a really smutty fanfic story that was funny smutty  but that's sides the point.
I suck at going through the threads I usly do the little game type ones they are fun and about all the time I seem to have for. I have a 10 year old altistic daughter (sorry can't spell to save my life) so everytime she feels mommy calm, relax enjoying something she likes it's 50 i wants in a row. I'm the only nut around that likes The Twilight World.
Gotta go agian...

The gutter is still PG-13, and very family friendly because most of us have or want stable families. The name is a joke on us old women who still like to ponder the beauty of youth from a distance.
Wintergear, Amazon.com has a great sale on books tomorrow. I like Sookie, but there are some adult scenes in there. Nothing too major and not anywhere NEARLY as bad as the series. The series isn't much more than porn, at least the first season. There are some good recommendations for books on the Book Addicts" thread. If you are looking for a particular kind of book, go there and ask. You will get more than you bargained for. :D
Tell us what you think of New Moon.

Happy Thanksgiving All!!!

Welcome back StupidLamb85, glad to have you back!

I have read the Sookie series and enjoy it, although the Trueblood show was way too adult for me but I understand it calms down a bit. May have to revisit it without the fast forwarding I have to do.

Hope you all have a GREAT day!

Una you're right about the tv series. Actually season 2 they wen way out of line with the graphics and it was repulsive and very appaling. But I just always wen to the kitchen on those parts and came back when the good stuff was on. The books are better and don't have those graphics like they did on tv. Bottom line is it's HBO and they kinda don't have limits >_>

Happy Thanksgiving to you all!! I need to get ready to go to dinner :D

WingtearAs for the books, The mass markets are $7.99 each,
Well, not here, all English books cost half a fortune no matter where you order them, and if I order from outside the country there's extra taxes :(

Finally saw New Moon last night. didn't particularly like it, but that was no surprise :)

^^^^I am strictly Team Edward in the books/movies. I feel for Jake, but the true love always wins out. However, in the real world...Taylor Lautner has my heart wrapped around his biceps! RPatz has grown on me in the past year...at first, I wasn't at all impressed. Now, his self-deprecating humor and always the same demeanor have won me over. They both OWN their roles and do amazing jobs bringing their characters to life.
