i think the third book is called The Victors, by the way! :D Can't wait!
This sounds like a good title to the next book. I haven't looked it up, but it seems to work for the situation at hand in the books. Looking forward to some more Hunger Games EXCITEMENT!

So I just went to Scholastic's site, and the third book is still untitled.
So that was probably just a rumor.

Okay so I reread these book and oh man! I am so anxious for August now. There's no District 12 & Peea gets captured by the Capitol? I can't wait to see how she resolves this story. All I can say is Peeta had better not die!

Apparently in Collins' Underland Chronicles some very major characters die and she's into that tragedy stuff--Greek tragedies and all that. I think more likely than anything, Peeta's going to die.

NOOOOOO! I love Peeta. Someone has mentioned that maybe Gayle will die for Katniss and Peeta. I prefer no one to die. I am way into the fairytale happily ever afters. But I am definitely a Peeta fan and I would hate to see him die.

Please excuse the fangirl-like intrusion...
Nissanmama is Team Peeta!!

Peeta is the most self-sacraficing and he does it for love whereas Gayle is more politically minded. I can see Gayle as a martyr. I really wouldn't be horrified if he died in the name of political upheaval, but certain experiences change a person and Peeta has gone through those changes with Katniss. He needs to live, probably save Katniss again a time or two, and then they need to be married and open a little bakery and live happily ever after. Can we have that? Please?

Isn't it Gale, no y? Haven't read the books in forever, and currently I'm too lazy to check.

I'll still cry if Peeta dies, but it would leave Katniss home free for Gale. I'd rather she went with Gale (so I can have Peeta). In my head, Kat's a bit like Bella, just not so darn annoying. Gale and Peeta also have a Jake/Edward thing going where I love them both, but I want one to take the girl so I can love the other without guilt. (Not that they're personalities are anything like Jake/Edward. Bleh.)

LOL so my sister finished HG and calls up and asks me if it's worth it to buy CF. So I asked her if she liked HG, she said she loved it, and I told her to buy CF then!!!!
I was surprised she had to ask!
