Well, obviously, The Notebook. I really love the Princess Bride. Wesely is up there with Rhett, Romeo and Edward for my favorite fictional characters. I like the Covenant, but I'm not sure that could be considered "swoon worthy."

Anything in black and white, or from quite a few years back in <technicolour>. Specifically Audrey Hepburn or Laurence Olivier or Viven Leigh. Definately Sabrina, Gone With The Wind, Wuthering Heights . . .

Love Actually (AMAZING film)
A Good Year
PS I Love You (just watched it last week, bawled my eyes out. I've never cried so much at a movie)
Pride & Prejudice (2006)
(Dirty Dancing) Havana Nights
Music And Lyrics
My Best Friend's Wedding
Chocolat (Really really good!!!)
Twilight ( of course)

The Notebook I didn't like that much... Don't know why exactly.

I love romantic movies :D

Most of my favorites have already been mentioned;
EVER AFTER<----this is my all time fav movie
Pride & Prejudice (kiera Knightly version. I do like the mini series version it's just loooong)
The Notebook
Phantom of the Opera
Music & Lyrics (just so funny but cute at the same time especially the ending)
Twilight (of course!)
and Never Been Kissed (I can't believe it wasn't mentioned! another all time favorite!)

I know I have others but I can't think of them right now. If I remember I may come edit.

I have to agree with most of you: The Notebook is definitely the most romantic movie I've ever seen.
My personal list would include:

The Notebook
Pride and Prejudice (both the BBC and the 2005 one)
A Walk in the Clouds
Gone with the Wind
Sleepless in Seattle
You've got Mail
When Harry Met Sally

Everyone pretty much listed all my favorite 'swoon worthy' movies.
I do have a couple more to add though cause I haven't seen them on here yet.

Never Been Kissed
The Ultimate Gift
Casanova
The Bad Mother's Handbook ( just the Rob bits...lol)
and of course Twilight...which has been mentioned but I can't not mention it. Lol.
