Has anyone seen the play/musical version of The Lion King at a theatre? They had it on in London (might still be going) but I havnt seen it. I have seen Beauty & the Beast performed before and it was brilliant. Was singing along to the songs in my head haha!

I have seen both actually. The year Lion King came out on Broadway my school was in New York and we got tickets, and I have also seen Beauty and the Beast and it was really good too. As for the Lion King, I really enjoyed it, but a lot of people I went with didn't.

I saw Camp Rock, yesterday. I think it really ''cliche'' xD
But if you watch it with your brain on OFF, it's cute :)
And, Shane [Joe Jonas] is cute

Does it bother anyone else that Mulan is marketed as a Disney princess when she isn't actually a princess?! Doesn't their marketing group watch the movie?! Lol!

^^ I actually think it should be changed to Disney GIRLS because they have so many movies now that have heroines that are not royalty.

Actually, I think, if my memory serves me correctly, Mulan was awarded some sort of title by the emperor at the end of the movie. And she married a General, so she could be considered a princess of the military.

Ali :D

You are correct.
So yeah she is a princess.
Even though through over half of the film she wasn't.

^^But if you think about it that way, then Cinderella and Belle wouldn't technically be called "princesses" either.
