But one thing that really bugs me is any disney artist. Not because they suck (even though they do), but because they dont even work very hard. Disney hands them everything & because they are just made famous to use as an advertising tool, it's soo easy for them to come & go.

Like Miley Cyrus, she did nothing, her dad bought her a tv show & record deal & they mix her voice soooo much.

It's in a lot of mainstream artists as well (not all, but a good 80%), that bring there music to a certain label, wait and once there sign onto one, the label does anything in it's power to get them heard and popular. I do however believe music is meant to be heard, but there should be no cutting corners - perhaps why music hasn't much soul the last while ...
When you look at mainstream music in the 80's, 70's, 60's, etc; there's a major difference in the story and the meaning. In my opinion, Today's Top 40 music has gotten a little screwy with the use of technology, media and famous labels. It's more Image vs. The Sound than Soul vs. The Music its self.
