Wow.... I haven't watched very many recent movies in the past year. Hubby and I usually only go to the theatre if it's one we really want to see... or if it's a big-action movie, because those are the BEST on the big screen.

Vanilla Sky- total trash!
Blades of Glory- more total trash!
I liked American Pie, but all the sequels were just lame.
OMG- Superhero Movie--- that was just awful!!!
I agree with Grease 2- that movie was totally unnecessary; I can't even bring myself to watch past the first few minutes
Speed 2- no words can describe that.
40 Days and 40 Nights- saw this only because of Josh Hartnett (yum); but it was awful, too.
*sigh* Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull- I feel a bit blasphemous writing this, because I think the first 3 Indy movies are some of the best out there, period... LOVE Harrison Ford, too... it was great to see him as Indy again, but I wish the plot had been different.
Hollywood Homicide-- you'd think it would have been good with Josh Hartnett AND Harrison Ford, but don't even bother; I turned it off after 20 minutes.
XXX: State of the Union-- OK, now, it seems that the ending was left open for a third movie, and I hope it is as good as the original with Vin Diesel, because this one just sucked!

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED!!! OMHC.
Whole movie:

Heather: We're almost there, trust me.
Dude #1: You said that three days ago.
H: DID NAWT!
D1: DID TOO!
Dude #2: Uh... guys... I kinda... threw the map in the river.
H and D1: ... Were you dropped on your head when you were a baby?
D2: Yes.
[later]
H: OMG!
D1: What?
H: A rat! It died! Oh, and by the way, we lost Dude 2.
D1: How shall we find him?!
H: We can't! The Blair Witch got him!
D1: Check it out... a house.
H: *goes in and screams* Marshmallow Fluff! I heart Marshmallow Fluff!

Ahem. Pretty much any sequel is horrible. Also Premonition.

SNAKES ON A PLANE

XD seriously! wtf??? hahaha just the title makes me want to get a sharp stick in the eye hahaha.
Yes, I agree with you there, but the award actually goes to a similarly-titled movie:

SNAKES IN A TRAIN

Oh, God...if you haven't even heard of this movie, be grateful.

BE VERY, VERY GRATEFUL.

high school musical is the most boring, mindless, movie i've ever seen. they make such a big deal out of such small problems.

then again, i spose that is what happens in every kids show. "oh no! Moo Moo lost his building blocks!" (I just made that up.)

JasperH-

"WE DO NOT BREAK OUT INTO SONG AND DANCE IN THE MIDDLE OF LUNCH!!!!!"

That summarise it perfectly.

and once i saw this movie called 30 days of night or something. No plot. Lots of gore. Seriously boring.
That was the only night the thought of vampires didn't make me feel cool and sleepy.

Well, I'm in my 30s, so I haven't seen HSM, but I AM aware of it... I have a niece who loves it! Urgh.... at least the 3rd one will be released in the theaters, and hopefully it'll be the last, since it's titled "Senior Year." Now THAT is a movie I think people should boycott!

HeartBreak Kid.

Need I say anymore? I actually paid 8 bucks for this movie and it was the worst movie i've seen in my life. Just a bunch of pointless sex, almost no plot whatsoever. It was so raunchy and stupid. The worst part? my best friend and i went to see it together, and we actually brought our parents with us to see it. We were mortified...I kept looking down at my knees, or at the walls, every time there was a sex scene cause my mom was like three seats down from me...how embaressing!

Also, The Departed. Another pointless movie, it was all the f-word and in the end literally everybody blew each other's heads off. No joke. If you haven't seen it, then don't. ;)
