Sigur Ros is who I'm listening to the most at the moment. I've always loved this band, though not a lot of ppl seem to, mainly because they are not singing in English. Who cares?! He has the voice of angel, if you ask me.

I love lots of other bands, but here are a few recommendations for the moment:

Travis
Muse
Coldplay (so what if they're now "mainstream"??)
Fiona Apple
Keane
Cure
Mogwai
Mika (fun!)
Regina Spektor
Feist

A song I have been listening to is Bette Davis Eyes by Leighton Meestor(yes! she can sing. I was suprised too.) It's brilliant, just as good as the original but its funkier.
