And I don't know if it was the script, editing, directing, or really Kristen but I wish they had more Bella like reactions. (For example when she finds out Edward had been watching her sleep & when Mike talks about you & Cullen hu?) But other than that I think she did a good job as Bella. It'll be interesting to see her as a depressed, zombie like in NM.
I think Kristen will really shine (if that's possible) in the darker parts of NM. She's always struck me as having a kind of darkness to personality. Also, the more I watch Twilight (darn obsessive movie watching) the more I can appreciate her portrayal of Bella.

Haha, well, I think that people are only saying she's terrible as Bella because,
A)Jealousy
B)Bad direction
C)Retards. :)

*visiting from the Robward thread*

I come in peace.

Kstew did brilliant as Bella in most of the movie..
And in a lot of parts she LOOKED like my perfect Bella.
There was just a few hiccups that I, personally didn't like.
Other than that, she was great.

The scenes that she did a PERFECT Bella was the tyler-truck-crash scene and when Eddie was showing her his *sparkle*
And basically the whole last half of the movie.

Looking forward to her acting in NM. She better deliver *shakes fist*

KStww doing the Nylon interview (video)
She's so pretty...
And, yeah, that's the interview that everyoone was going on about, and you can see from the interview that nothing she said was meant to be offensve, it was all taken out of context, and posted on websites by idiots like Perez.
I'm so glad I found this thread. I have always been a huge supporter of Kristen. Thank you "dazzle_me-xx" for pointing this out about the Nylon article. I bought the mag and the article was awesome and completely taken out of context on the internet. Not to dwell on the whole "oscar" thing, but do we even really know that her father said that? It doesn't even really matter. :-) Go Kristen!!

It was actually confirmed that her father DID say that - but it was taken totally out of context. He never took those words out of Kristen's mouth. She said she was never invited - that's why she didn't go to the Oscars - she would have if she was invited. So I guess he just meant that Kristen will be invited when she makes a great movie. *shrugs* Sometimes daddies make more trouble.

DON'T CLICK if you want to remain New Moon spoiler-free...

Oh noo... flannel is back in the form of a hoodie!

But her hair looks great & the top of Taylor's head looks kind of... hot? How is that even possible?

Edit: More pictures and the interface is better too

Those pictures are super exciting! She looks beautiful. I actually love the plaid jacket. It reminds me of the collection that the Buckle had this winter - so cute. Taylor looks awesome, too.
