I think Kristen will really shine (if that's possible) in the darker parts of NM. She's always struck me as having a kind of darkness to personality. Also, the more I watch Twilight (darn obsessive movie watching) the more I can appreciate her portrayal of Bella.pennybug84 wrote: There were a couple scenes that I thought her reaction or lack thereof wasn't very Bella like. And I don't know if it was the script, editing, directing, or really Kristen but I wish they had more Bella like reactions. (For example when she finds out Edward had been watching her sleep & when Mike talks about you & Cullen hu?) But other than that I think she did a good job as Bella. It'll be interesting to see her as a depressed, zombie like in NM.
I'm so glad I found this thread. I have always been a huge supporter of Kristen. Thank you "dazzle_me-xx" for pointing this out about the Nylon article. I bought the mag and the article was awesome and completely taken out of context on the internet. Not to dwell on the whole "oscar" thing, but do we even really know that her father said that? It doesn't even really matter. Go Kristen!!dazzle_me-xx wrote:Oh my god.
Kristen is gorgous.

She's so pretty...
And, yeah, that's the interview that everyoone was going on about, and you can see from the interview that nothing she said was meant to be offensve, it was all taken out of context, and posted on websites by idiots like Perez.
It was actually confirmed that her father DID say that - but it was taken totally out of context. He never took those words out of Kristen's mouth. She said she was never invited - that's why she didn't go to the Oscars - she would have if she was invited. So I guess he just meant that Kristen will be invited when she makes a great movie. *shrugs* Sometimes daddies make more trouble.JulieM wrote:Not to dwell on the whole "oscar" thing, but do we even really know that her father said that?
