Yellow teeth because of drinking too much coffee. Or worst, the teeth being yellow with a bunch of gaps in the front.

I know that when you become a vampire you get excellent vision, but it would totally suck to have horrid vision when you turned.

If someone drew a curly mustache and Harry Potter glasses on your face with permanent marker.

If you were changed while bald (and not like a balding man, I mean as if you'd accidentally burnt it off or you had cancer or something) or if your eyebrows were really thin or patchy or gone completely.

Oooh. If you had a bad outbreak of psoriasis or eczema. You'd be all red and scaly. D:

What about that guy off of "Super Size Me?" What if right at the end of that month he got changed and he was all fat and stuff, but that wasn't really how he usually looked...

Or if you were in a play or movie and cut your hair really short or shaved off your mustache, etc. Did something you wouldn't normally do that made you look different from what you normally looked for the sake of entertainment, etc...

OR, what if you were recovering from surgery? Like laser eye surgery where you're temporarily blind? You'd be blind for all eternity. *shudders*

Oh, if you had lost a whole bunch of weight but then the extra skin is just hanging there, flapping around. And a turkey chin with the extra skin (that was my math teacher last year).
