Personally, I love Jasper/Bella fics. Don't ask why, I just do. A couple that I really enjoyed are:

DBD stays pretty close to the story line. The sequel, Indigo Skies, starts to get really AU but, it's still good.

This thread has been a wonderful resource to get my Twilight fix. I have also found many great stories by looking at the favorites of authors that I like. I also put my favorite authors on alert, so if they write something new, I know about it. It's disappointing to start a story that has a good plot, but you eventually have to give up because the writing is just not that good. Here are just a few of my favorites:

What if Edward left Forks after his first encounter with Bella, and he never returned? Fate couldn't keep these two apart. But meeting at a later time and place might have changed the nature of their relationship.

Anything by blondie aka robin is amazing, especially Dark Side of the Moon, New Moon written from Edwards POV. You would think Stephenie Meyer wrote it herself.

She also has several one shots and missing scenes from the series.

I found a writer many moons ago that wrote an AU from Eclipse on. (Basically, she ignored BD) The first story, "Spiral Static," is about Bella and Edward's honeymoon and the ensuing threat they discover from the Volturri -- or so they thought.


She then wrote a sequel, called "Citizen Erased," where Bella's conversion into vampire has caused her to lose her memory. As Edward tries to help her find the memory of their love, they are persued by an OC villian. Originally hired by the Volturri to ensure Edward followed through on his obligation to change her, this villian takes a uniquely personal interest in tormenting them.




The author is Coquettishness and is truly a MUST READ!



I first found Coquettishness thru her story "Yes, Please" which just had me hooked from the get get go. I mean, really! If you read these A/N at the beginning of the story, wouldn't YOU read it, too??

Summary: While out of town, Bella devises a way to finally seduce the ever virtuous Edward – with a little help from an unexpected source.

Time period: Takes place during Eclipse, when Edward takes Bella away for the weekend to see her mother.

Warnings: NC-17 for sexual content.

Now, to make life even better, this fantastic author is also making available some WRITING TIPS from her LJ for fanfic authors. Normally, her posts are locked, but she is making these posts public for everyone. I highly encourage anyone who wants to better themselves as a writer to follow along as she posts updates. I have lifted this section from her first post to encourage authors to take advantage of this opportunity.

Now these are the ones I am reading/read.

The Ex-Factor It's a great story, and the Tanya in it makes me laugh.
Tropic of Virgo It's pretty wonderful, and I love the Breaking Dawn band.
Wide Awake It's an amazing book, and shows some great visions of Edward and Bella.
